This Privacy Policy explains how XericoreSecurity ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform to access courses, learning paths, tools, community features, and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). If you sign up or log in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google in accordance with your Google account settings.
We track course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz results, lab activity, certificates earned, and similar data needed to provide the learning experience and show you an accurate dashboard.
Messages you post in community chat, comments, and reactions are stored and are visible to other logged-in users of the Platform, in line with our community guidelines. Please do not share sensitive personal information in public community spaces.
We log IP address, browser/device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address at login, solely to secure your account (for example, detecting suspicious login activity) and to keep basic operational logs. We do not use GPS or precise location tracking.
Paid subscriptions and course purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor, Monetbil. We do not collect or store your full card or mobile money credentials — that information is handled directly by Monetbil under its own privacy and security practices. We retain only transaction records (amount, status, date) needed for your account history and support.
We use your browser's local/session storage to keep you signed in during a session and to remember preferences such as your selected language. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. All traffic to the Platform is encrypted via HTTPS. We apply rate-limiting and session-invalidation measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, and we log out all active sessions automatically when your password is changed.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or legitimate operational reasons for retaining certain records (such as transaction history).
