1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using XericoreSecurity (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Courses, Paths, and Subscriptions

Some content is available for free; other courses and learning paths require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through our payment partner, Monetbil. Prices, included content, and access levels (Free/Premium) are as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and may change for future billing periods. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use skills or techniques taught on the Platform to attack, access, or disrupt systems you do not own or have explicit written authorization to test
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in community chat or elsewhere on the Platform
Share, sell, or redistribute paid course content, lab access, or certificates without authorization
Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions on the Platform itself
Post spam, malicious links, or content unrelated to cybersecurity learning in community spaces

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, message removal, temporary mutes, or permanent account termination, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, lab materials, and platform design are owned by XericoreSecurity or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning — it does not grant ownership or redistribution rights.

7. Certificates

Certificates issued upon course completion reflect completion of XericoreSecurity coursework. They are not accredited academic degrees or government-issued credentials, and their recognition by employers or other institutions is not guaranteed.

8. Third-Party Tools and References

Some courses and the Tools directory reference or teach the use of third-party security tools (such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, and similar). These tools are the property of their respective owners; referencing them does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, their creators. You are responsible for using any such tools lawfully and only against systems you are authorized to test.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that course content will result in any particular certification, job outcome, or level of skill.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XericoreSecurity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from misuse of skills or tools taught on the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or our community guidelines. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
